Allen Marion - The Gay Sex Coach

I’m Allen Marion, a Men’s Sex Coach working primarily with gay men and couples. My practice focuses specifically on sex: what happens when it changes, disappears, becomes difficult to talk about, or simply stops working the way it once did.

I work with men navigating mismatched desire, sexless or low-sex relationships, changing attraction, erections and sexual confidence, porn, sexual roles, initiation and rejection, monogamy and non-monogamy, sexual shame, and the ways religious, cultural and sexual programming can follow us into our adult sex lives.

My approach is candid, practical and forward-focused. We can talk explicitly about sex without embarrassment, judgment or having to sanitize the conversation. The goal isn’t to prescribe what a healthy sex life should look like. It’s to understand what is actually happening, get clearer about what you want, and begin changing what isn’t working.

I work virtually with individuals and couples, and I welcome referrals and collaboration with therapists, coaches and other helping professionals whose clients would benefit from focused work around sex and sexuality.
