I am a certified life coach dedicated to helping gay men better the quality of their lives. My focus is in helping men experience more peace, love, joy, happiness, gratitude, childlike innocence (fun and play), and being of service to others.  I meet with men all over the country through Zoom and FaceTime.  

I try help men obtain a positive mindset, push through limiting beliefs and to realize how empowered they can be to make positive changes in their lives.  

I offer a fee structure that you'll find is much less than what other coaches charge.  I am survivor of trauma, and want to give to back others what I've learned on my journey of healing and coaching certification.  

I've written a book titled "Living the Spirit to Play" which gives men a guide for taking action to improve their lives. My website provides a link to reviewing the book.

My mantra is "It's Never Too Late To Be A Kid Again" reclaiming the innocence of what we may have missed out as we, as gay men, struggled to fit in and be accepted in our authentic self.
