My name is Red and I am a non-binary afab person who is pansexual, chronically ill, body-positive, and much more. 

I have created a practice that is both educational and client driven. I have handled clients who are/have ADHD, AuDHD, teenagers, adults, trans, cis-het, gay and lesbian. My goal is for my practice to always be a safe space for anyone that enters my virtual chat. 

What I have worked on and helped clients with (based on feedback and open reviews): Trauma-impacted financial literacy, ADHD functional freeze overcoming organizing in the home, self-acceptance and flipping from hating looking in the mirror to loving it, tools for overcoming some depressive episodes (note that I can help you, but I do recommend a licensed therapist for severe depression), career change/work on realigning goals for career, ADHD overachieving goal breakdown to actually achieve rather than scatter self amongst too many goals, and more!
