My Story
I've been coaching since 2008, but my real education came through 20+ years of recovery from severe childhood traumas, addiction, multiple business failures and successes, and what I call "voluntary suffering" - the conscious choice to feel everything and transform it into medicine for others.
Recently returned from a sabbatical studying shamanic principles, I now integrate ancient healing wisdom with practical coaching. I'm the 7-foot coach who can hold space for your deepest pain while helping you build whatever you're creating in the world.
How I Work
Intuitive Coaching: My style defies categories. Coach training evaluators found I demonstrated master-level competencies (ICF MCC markers) within the first few minutes of sessions - not through technique, but through genuine intuitive connection.
No-Niche Mastery: I've built a career helping hundreds of businesses across every industry imaginable. And I've also guided souls through dark nights, addiction recovery, spiritual emergence, and the messy process of becoming authentic.
Trauma-Informed Recovery Wisdom: As someone who's been through hell and found the gifts hidden there, I specialize in helping high-achievers whose success masks deep pain. Addiction, trauma, spiritual crisis - I've navigated it all and learned how to transmute suffering into service.

- Completed ICF PCC requirements (but not submitted)
- Former New York State-Board Certified Recovery Coach (2018-2024)
- 15+ years studying multiple healing modalities including bodywork, breath work, and psychedelics
- Extensive shamanic training across traditions
