Drawing from nearly three decades in the beauty industry and years of coaching independent professionals, my coaching blends practical strategy with personal insight to help clients clarify their goals, streamline operations, and maximize impact.

My coaching is tailored to independent business owners, especially those in creative and service-based industries, who want to grow their income, sharpen their leadership skills, and design a business that supports the life they truly want. When I'm not coaching, you’ll find me podcasting, developing courses for salon suite entrepreneurs, or hosting dinner parties in Palm Springs with my husband, Steven, and our dogs, Ruth and Bruno.
