I specialise in working with gay men and understand the unique challenges around identity, belonging, dating and relationships. 

My coaching focuses on personal development, dating and relationships, major life transitions and identity. Clients often come to me when they feel stuck or disconnected, are successful on the outside but uncertain on the inside, or are stepping into the dating scene later in life. Together, we uncover what’s driving these patterns and create practical, sustainable change.

My approach blends neuroscience, emotional intelligence and intuitive coaching. I work with tools such as Neuro Pathway Mapping™, elements of NLP, hypnosis and somatic awareness to help clients shift deeply held beliefs, improve communication and make more conscious choices. I also use proprietary frameworks, including my Relationship Archetypes and Relationship Styles Assessment.
