I am a certified ICF Transformational Coach specializing in guiding gay men in exploring the areas of their lives that are calling for change and evolution. We do this sacred work together; by developing a true connection to facilitate deep honest inquiry, to cultivate curiosity and courage, to challenge assumptions, patterns and old thinking and create a new foundation for creating pathways forward.
My practice is informed by a blend of coaching modalities, eastern philosophies, mindfulness studies, somatic and embodiment practices, theoretical physics, neuroscience and more. I draw from six decades of diverse life experiences; from professional and creative success, the lessons learned from nurturing a loving thirty-five year old relationship and marriage, and the principles and spiritual tools I’ve cultivated over many years as a person in recovery.
I have helped clients from all walks of life: from Creatives to Entrepreneurs, from Parents to CEOs reconnect deeply to their most inner wisdom and direction; and walk with ease and grace into their next evolution. I'd be honored to be your trusted partner in this important moment in your life.
