Dr. Kevin Nourse, CPRC, is a seasoned coach who helps people navigate one of life’s most significant transitions: the move from a career-centered life into a meaningful and fulfilling retirement.

As founder of Retirement by Design Coaching, Kevin works with people approaching or already in retirement who are asking, What do I want this next chapter of my life to look like? His coaching goes beyond financial readiness to explore purpose, identity, relationships, well-being, growth, contribution, and enjoyment.

Kevin brings more than two decades of executive coaching and leadership development experience to this work. His own career has spanned finance, technology, human resources, leadership development, and executive coaching, giving him firsthand experience with professional reinvention and transition.

Kevin holds a PhD in Human and Organizational Systems, is a Professional Certified Coach, and is a Certified Professional Retirement Coach. Based in Palm Springs, California, he is actively designing his own next chapter while helping others create theirs.
