Working with Joshua at The Giant in the Room is about reclaiming the strength, authenticity, and possibility that already lives within you.

Many of us learned early to shape ourselves around expectations—family, culture, career, relationships, and ideas of who we were supposed to be. For LGBTQ people especially, that can mean learning to contain parts of ourselves in order to belong.

Over time, we become successful at living the life we built—but disconnected from the deeper self that wants to be expressed.

Joshua calls that deeper self the giant within.

Through ontological coaching, Joshua helps clients explore how their ways of thinking, speaking, and acting shape their experience of life. By bringing awareness to these patterns, clients gain the ability to interrupt what no longer serves them and consciously create new ways of being.

Meeting weekly, clients develop greater clarity, grounded confidence, and real movement in their careers, relationships, and personal goals.

The work is simple, but not easy: aligning who you truly are with how you live.

And when that alignment happens, life stops happening to you—and starts being created by you.
