John M. O'Brien

I am a Ph.D.-level trained counseling psychologist who has been counseling individuals and teaching students since 1996.  I am an International Coach Federation ACC Certified Coach and National Board Certified Health and Wellness Coach.

I provide coaching and consultation to both individuals and businesses to enhance communication, wellness and balanced living. I utilize evidence-based assessments to provide the foundation from which we then determine targeted areas of development. I am an active and engaged thought partner who works with clients to achieve their goals.
