I support amazing people looking to discover a new career, or to thrive in the work they already do. I have a particular passion for working with mid-career professionals who are ready for a major career shift but are unclear of their new direction. Also, late career professionals wanting to reinvent their work identity to take with them into retirement through a career transition.

To your coaching conversation, I bring over 20 years’ experience in Human Resources, executive coaching, developing leaders at all levels. Having led recruiting teams and career path programs in the corporate sector for the better part of my career, I bring a relevant perspective to your career goals.

I’m certified to administer and interpret several powerful assessments including the Strong Interest Inventory, Hogan Assessments, and the Myers-Briggs for which I hold the MBTI® Master Practitioner Credential.

In preparation to support you, I completed a MS in Human Resource Development from the University of Texas at Tyler and additional graduate studies in Executive & Professional Coaching from the University of Texas at Dallas. I look forward to learning about what you’d like to accomplish.
