At Fabulous&Grounded, I offer queer-affirmative coaching for LGBTQ+ individuals who want to show up fully and unapologetically, while staying rooted and steady. My work focuses on recognising and unlearning patterns of adapting, holding back or overperforming, and translating insight into concrete change, so life and work start to feel more natural and your own.

Alongside one-on-one coaching, I develop and deliver trainings on heteronormativity and heteroprofessionalism: the often invisible norms in professional environments that shape how people show up, speak up and belong. My trainings are practical, interactive and grounded in real-life workplace dynamics.

I am also available as a speaker. In my talks, I explore how early adaptation and professional expectations can subtly disconnect people from themselves, and what becomes possible when there is more room to live and work in a way that feels true to them.

I bring over 20 years in the legal sector and decades of lived LGBTQ+ experience into my work, combined with a calm, curious and direct coaching style that is gently challenging when needed.
