Clients focus on how to improve individual performance as a team or organizational leader. This program is intended for individuals who are looking for personal insights and development opportunities in key areas, such as how to be more authoritative or how to foster innovation within a team. Personal introspection and development are expected as clients look to improve soft skills and refine their approaches to engaging with others to become more influential in their interactions. By learning about your challenges and desires, and sharing insights from both scientific research and his personal experience building and leading teams, Jarret can help shine light on your blind spots, speeding up your transformation.

 

For teams of 6-100, Jarret offers in-person 1-3-day workshops teaching the fundamentals of the neuroscience of leadership while develop problem-solving and communication skills. Teams learn to improve awareness and innovation while creating a collaborative culture over pottery in Venice, CA or hiking and the ukulele in Ojai, CA.

About Jarret

Jarret has contributed over three dozen articles on leadership, empathy and business strategy to Forbes.com as an expert in leadership strategy and organizational psychology.

 

Prior to developing the e3 (pronounced "e-cubed") leadership model, Jarret served as vice president and head of data-driven insights for Fidelity Investments’ Stock Plan Services business, a function he designed and built after identifying the need as part of a strategic planning engagement. As a senior manager at Ernst & Young, he established a new business line, Climate Change and Sustainability Services, for the East Central region by creating a standardized offering for the firm to help clients improve transparent reporting. Earlier in his career, Jarret helped C-level executives use economic profitability to develop their strategic agendas and drive large-scale organizational transformations. He is also an alumni of PwC, IBM, Galt & Company, Opower, and Deloitte Consulting.

 

Jarret received his BS in management and consumer policy from the College of Human Ecology at Cornell University and his MBA from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business where he studied behavioral economics and leadership.
