Elias Scultori, MCC, PMC, MM, EIA-SP, ESIA

Elias Scultori is an executive coach renowned for helping leaders integrate a coach approach into their leadership styles. With experience coaching leaders in over 40 countries, his focus is on optimizing engagement, purpose, innovation, and productivity for individuals and teams, creating transformative impacts on organizations and communities.

Elias is a Master Certified Coach (MCC) and a certification assessor for the ICF. He is a registered Mentor Coach and Supervisor. He is a faculty member at UT Dallas and cofounder of the PRIME Coaching Academy, shaping the next generation of coaching professionals. Elias is the host of the PRIME SPACE podcast.

A strong advocate for diversity, equity, and inclusion, Elias provides clients with the tools to refine their voices and establish a commanding presence, regardless of their background and identity.

Elias holds a master’s degree in music from Westminster Choir College and has worked as a senior graphic designer in a NY metro area market firm. A trained photographer and Vipassana meditator, Elias enjoys opera, travel, and ethnic cuisine. Originally from Brazil, he now resides in St. Petersburg, FL.
