Throughout my career in the corporate world, I have held multiple roles that have allowed me to develop a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of organizational dynamics. As a recruiter, I honed my ability to identify and attract top talent, ensuring that the organizations I worked for had the right people in the right roles. This experience gave me insight into the importance of aligning individual skills and aspirations with organizational goals.
Additionally, my time as an Agile Coach allowed me to foster a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration within teams. I facilitated agile methodologies and frameworks, empowering teams to work efficiently, adapt to change, and deliver high-quality products. As an Agile Program Lead, I coordinated multiple cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment, removing impediments, and optimizing delivery processes.
