Well, first of all, this isn’t about me. It’s about you – and helping you take whatever next step(s) you need on your life’s journey. It’s my job to be your coach, collaborator, and champion.

As a professional coach certified by the International Coaching Federation, I have pledged to abide by their Code of Ethics. I am also a Certified Hypnotherapist, a member of the American Hypnosis Association, and a Certified Integrative NLP Practitioner.

I’ve always been curious, creative, and focused on possibilities. My personal hero’s journey is to become the best version of myself and do my part to make the world a better place.

I’ve studied mindfulness, the enneagram, meditation, and nonviolent communication and incorporate them into my life and coaching.

For over 30 years, I worked in government and nonprofit organizations to help individuals and organizations grow and succeed. Now, I do the same as a coach. I have an MFA in Theater and an MBA in Nonprofit Management. I believe that the arts and creativity, in general, can be transformative in a person’s life.
