I want my clients to see possibilities, not prisons. I want them to move from their authentic wants to doable action steps. I want them to go their own way, even as we all have to go with the flow. And in all that, I help them reach their own stated goals, and follow if they shift. This coaching is fun, it's real, it's progress.

Me? Before formal coaching training (I'm a PCC) and establishing my practice, I worked in education, theatre/film, and journalism, including almost 20 years at The New York Times.
