For the last several years Marshall has be working with the organization U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID). His assignments have taken him to many countries. As coaches we know that there are elements of what we do that are contextual and others that are universal. His work with international clients is both with individuals and teams.

Join us for a conversation with Marshall as we explore what he has learned about facilitating change, how to coach in environments that are complex and often have competing objectives. His work offers insights into how to better work with individuals and groups.
