After a needs assessment, sessions will focus on what the client requires to support his goals. Unlike a personal trainer, Coach Benedictus doesn't  just design a workout plan. That won't succeed long term.  Instead,  he looks into where the client is stuck, and helps him to free those sticking places.  Discipline alone will not create a healthy man. Self-care must come from self-love. 

Coach Benedictus has been on this same journey himself for several years. He is now happier and healthier than at any time in his life. He achieved this by believing that underneath the damage of bad relationships and bad choices, he was beautiful and worthy of love. He was right.
