I help gay men and LGBTQ+ adults understand the patterns beneath their emotional triggers, strengthen their boundaries, and reclaim their voice, desire, and self-trust. My clients may be recovering from narcissistic or emotionally manipulative dynamics, navigating dating or relationship anxiety, or exploring intimacy, coming out, open relationships, ethical non-monogamy, polyamory, or kink.
My approach combines Jungian shadow work with practical relationship coaching. We look beyond labels and blame to uncover what the pattern has been protecting—and develop the capacity to choose differently.
